  Do not use this location! It’s inside the hotel, for which they charge extra even for prepaid shipments! Aaaand it takes them days(!!!) to be picked up and actually shipped! FedEx is the worst!!

  This review is not about people working there. People are great. This location charges 10$ for EACH small box even if you have a prepared label or a return code. You have been warned!

  Inside the Fontainebleau hotel, very hard to find. Finally found it, was the only person in the store and person at front desk would not greet me for 10 minutes. Once I was acknowledged, clerk was rude, barely spoke English, and said she couldn’t help me. Please go to another FedEx location even if it is a further drive.
