  Terrible Customer Service – Management Needs to Step In. I had a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience at this South Beach location a few weeks ago. The customer service here is entirely unacceptable. The employees openly take their anger and frustration out on paying customers, and professionalism is completely missing from the staff. Management is clearly at fault for allowing this environment to persist. This team desperately needs to be retrained on basic hospitality. If the staff does not enjoy their jobs, they should not be working in public-facing customer service. I hope regional management reads this and takes immediate action to fix the hostile attitude at this branch.

  Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding FedEx Alton Road Location I am submitting this formal complaint regarding my extremely disappointing experience with the FedEx location on Alton Road. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. The manager was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, I was treated with disrespect and spoken to in a condescending manner. Several employees displayed the same attitude. My package was not delivered as instructed, despite my delivery instructions being clearly provided. I was also given misleading and contradictory information about the status of my delivery, which caused unnecessary delays, frustration, and wasted time. I have now been forced to stay home for two days because of this situation. Customers deserve honesty, professionalism, and respect. Instead, I experienced poor communication, a lack of accountability, and unacceptable customer service. I am requesting that this complaint be formally investigated. I also expect FedEx to review the conduct of the management and staff at this location, as well as the repeated failure to follow delivery instructions. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location to anyone. I sincerely hope FedEx takes this complaint seriously and implements meaningful improvements to prevent other customers from going through the same experience.

  came to this location. they said I can ship my parcels only in downtown location. I asked if they still works (7:15 pm), they response - they work up to 10 pm. when I cam to DT in 20 mins i FOubd out they close at 7:30pm.
