this is literally the worst location ever….ever. ever. ever. ever. i really hope corporate does something because the people that work here honestly need help. everyone here hates their job. everyone that works here is extremely rude. the moment you walk in they have an attitude. You can literally print the same thing every single day and every single day they was compared to a different price depending on who’s ringing it up… And then when you mentioned something to them about the fact that it’s expensive, they try to gaslight you as if you’re the one that doesn’t know what you’re talking about. If you come to rotation and express any ounce of concern or ask any question in regards to your order they’re going to come back at you with an attitude. chris is probably the most rude. he stands at the computer all day with a stanky attitude and wears the same shirt every day. i unfortunately have to do business with these people but everytime i come here i wish i didn’t. you’ll email them your files and you can literally watch them open your email with a dirty look & say “im not doing this” they pawn off orders to the next employee because they’re all lazy and when it’s finally time for someone to work it’s attitude central. i have never ever been treated or talked to by customer service the way that i have here. even the things ive witnessed with other customers is BAFFLING. this location needs to fire everyone and hire employees that actually like their job. that actually know what they’re doing. and that actually know how to work in customer service. and the face that all the reviews are saying the same thing just goes to show you. go to office depot. or the fedex in the lowe’s hotel

this fedex is terrible. 1. they overcharge for everything. you can get the same thing printed at another fedex and somehow it’s cheaper?? 2. they don’t ever print orders when the order is requested. they do it when you come in & then charge you a rush fee 3. every single employee in this location has an attitude except for the smaller african american with the red hair. EVERYONE IN HERE HAS AN ATTITUDE. RUDE! they will literally talk about you while you’re standing there in front of them 4. they’re printers are always down 5. the guy who stands at the computer and wear the same black striped button up EVERY SINGLE DAY. is rude. nasty and will literally find excuses to NOT do his job. save your time and money. don’t go to this location. terrible service. terrible job

It's unfathomable how RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL the employees are on this location. I understand this is SOUTH BEACH but these employees must be trained and reminded that they work in CUSTOMER SERVICE. They don't even "hear" your order/concern/question, cut you off in between your sentences and assume your order, walks away while you speak before you finish what you are saying. THEN when they get your order wrong, they have the audacity to give you an attitude. I want to give the employees here a benefit of the doubt that they all probably just hate their job be ause that's exactly how they act. The negative energy in this room is so real, even the person before me on the counter was so upset he randomly came up to me and said "don't let them get to you" on his way out. Now I called them out on their disrespect towards me, and of course the GASLIGHTING was real. This Managerhad the audacity to cancel my order and send me out instead of apologizing and taking ownership/accountability like a good leader would. This place is a shame to the brand.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences at the FedEx store on Collins Ave (1621 Collins Ave, Miami Beach). I spent over 45 minutes trying to print documents because the machine was not working properly, and absolutely neither of the two employees showed any willingness to help me resolve the issue. As a paying customer and a frequent FedEx client, this level of service was extremely disappointing. I honestly do not know whether this treatment was influenced by discrimination, but the attitude and lack of professionalism were unacceptable. To make matters worse, I was charged over $60 for copies, and when the machine failed, neither employee made any effort to help me recover my money or find a solution. This location completely wasted my time and money. Customer service like this should not happen at a company like FedEx. If employees do not want to do their jobs, there are many hardworking people who would gladly take those positions. Very disappointing experience.

Hello, Today I had a terrible experience at this FedEx office, a location I have been coming to for the past four years. The employee with blue hair was extremely aggressive, rude, and disrespectful. I simply placed my bag on the counter for a moment to rest it there, and immediately he started speaking to me in a very haughty and aggressive tone, saying he was helping another customer, even though I was not asking him for anything at all. I was only placing my bag on the counter. He appeared stressed, agitated, and unhappy with his job, and unfortunately it reflected completely in the way he treated customers. Customers should never feel like they are bothering employees simply for walking into the store. You need to explain to your employees that customers are the reason the company exists. We are the ones bringing money into the business, so we deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism. Customers should not be treated as if the employees are doing us a favor. I also want to mention that the only employee who consistently provided excellent customer service was PJ, the gentleman with Asian features. He was kind, professional, efficient, and the only person who helped us properly. Another male employee there was also rude and unhelpful. For a very simple printing order, he told me I would have to come back in two hours, even though this location has always printed my documents immediately in the past. Meanwhile, PJ was able to help me and two other girls very quickly. All three of us had multiple pages to print, and he handled everything efficiently and professionally. He was the only employee who treated us well and solved the printing requests quickly, unlike the other two employees. It is important for management to know that some employees may appear friendly and respectful with their supervisors, while treating customers very poorly behind the scenes. The way some customers are being treated in this office is unacceptable. I hope this feedback is taken seriously because customer service at this location has clearly declined. Thank you.
