  It’s rare for a busy store to offer help without such thorough follow-through. I had an issue with a notorized document. Lee was kind enough to offer advice on how to get it delivered post haste. All with a smile and good humor. It was a very pleasant experience all round!

  Do not go here for finger printing services. It costs $92 and if I hadn’t spoken up they would have submitted smudged fingerprints that would not have been acceptable. They expect you to know how to work the machine on your own and have an attitude if they need to help you. Even if you’ve scheduled an appointment.

  The associate Ashley is very rude doesn’t speak to customers very well she needs to learn better customer service poor customer service

  ALWAYS, no matter how busy, they are friendly and helpful. It doesn't matter if we're shipping, buying supplies, sending something to their computer for printing and collating, even on a deadline job; or doing our own printing, the UPS teams are wonderful ambassadors for the company.
