  Two young ladies in the front today were amazing. My food is always fresh from this. Wingstop definitely worth going to on my lunch break. I appreciate how fast the food is done and how tasty it is. Thank you too for a wonderful lunch today.

  We visited back at the end of April, and we waited over 20 minutes for our food. You would expect it to be hot and fresh. We were stopping on the way to an event. When our food was finally ready, we got in the car to head towards the event and to eat the food and it was completely cold! My husband had gotten voodoo fries and so they were cold and very soggy! My fries were also cold and very greasy and soggy. He ordered 10 piece naked wings, they were lukewarm at best, sort of cold and didn’t taste like they were just freshly made, they tasted old, very old. My boneless wings that I ordered, were also cold and extremely dry, and there was barely any chicken inside, it was mostly breading. Needless to say, the whole order went in the trash when we arrived to the event. We purchased food at the event because we were starving. I tried contacting the location immediately and many more times to follow and could not get anyone to assist me regarding a refund for this order. I then called customer service line, which two of the phone numbers are disconnected and I spent a lot of time searching for a workable number. I called someone at that number and explained in great detail with the Customer Service agent about the situation. She took a report and stated that someone from the location would get in touch with me in a few days in order to set up the refund. It’s now been two months and I have not heard back from anyone regarding this. I decided to call Customer Service again and this time I was told that no actual report was taken! What a joke this place is! The representative that I spoke to today took another report. Hopefully, she actually took it down this time. I would avoid this place at all cost. $40 spent for food that went straight in the trash. We spent over 20 minutes waiting for our food to be made, and we were given cold, oily, soggy food that tasted super old. I would avoid this place at all costs.

  First time at the Wingstop tonight, the staff is absolutely amazing! Enjoy the wings made my garlic Parmesan. Well done just like I like them love the lemon loved all of them. We will be back. Thanks again to a wonderful staff. Have a great night Jim.
