By far the best customer service we have ever received from any UPS Store. Joshua is so courteous, professional, and friendly every time we come by for any type of service, either it be an Amazon return, mailing of UPS package or envelope, or getting our mail from our UPS mailbox, Joshua would always be there to ensure we received the utmost, efficient service. Thank you, Joshua, for always remembering us every time we visited.

This UPS store is so accommodating. ALANSIO is so friendly, professional, helpful. Every time I go to this UPS Alansio is always there with a smile. He makes my transactions easy and stress free. He is a wonderful person.

Terrible customer service experience with fingerprinting at the UPS Store on Wickham Rd. I arrived promptly at 12:55 p.m. for my scheduled appointment, only to be told by Joshua that their machine was broken and that I should drive 20 minutes to the UPS Store in the Home Depot plaza on 192.
When I arrived there, they informed me that they regularly receive customers sent from the Wickham location, but that they operate on a completely different fingerprinting system (DTIS vs. NBCI), meaning I would have to pay again to be fingerprinted there. They didn't understand why that UPS store consistently sends customers to them with misinformation.
I specifically needed my fingerprints completed that day and had already taken time away from my busy schedule for the appointment. I ultimately went to another provider, where my fingerprints were handled promptly and professionally, resulting in a same-day report.
I then called Joshua to request a refund. He refused. When I asked to speak with the owners, I was told they were “too busy.” He also incorrectly claimed I would not have been charged because the machine was broken, despite the fact that I had prepaid. Fortunately, AMEX removed the charge after I went through the hassle of disputing it.
Avoid this location if possible. The experience reflected uninformed employees, poor management, lack of accountability, and no meaningful customer follow-up.
