  I tried using coupon for footlong and the cashier said the system did not have me in the system. I been a club member for many years. I directed to go to the app, there I had to allow the upgrade to kick in. Once done, it was the same message and I had to pay full price for my sub. The worker told me to reach out to subway.com. here is my receipt, please $2 to my account. The transaction ID#619639866850. The contact us does not work 😡

  Ordered a sub online. It was made incorrectly Brought it back in. they insisted they made it correctly And refused to remake it. I ordered from here pretty often and normally it’s Not an issue, but I guess it depends who’s making your food today was poor customer service And bad food.
