You can spend hours on the phone and NEVER speak to your agent. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! All I wanted to do was speak to my agent for 3 minutes. NO response. Can't speak to anyone at the office, you get transferred to some call center in SOUTH AFRICA, not your licensed insurance agent in the US! I am an actual customer of this agent and I can't get anyone from the office on the phone or get them to call me back.

I've been using Allstate since moving down to Florida. Kasey Osman and his associate Ms Kaymore have been wonderful to speak with and extremely professional. They were able to help me save on my auto and renters. Highly recommend getting a policy with them if looking for a switch.

Jana kaymore worked on my auto policy and I must say she was by far the best agent I’ve ever worked with she took her time answered all my questions and made sure I got a policy that fits my needs. Most insurance agents try to get you to pay more then you need too but not her.she even went out her way to follow up with me the next day to insure that everything correct with the paperwork and I appreciate it the most I would definitely recommend my friends and family to her

Chris saved the day! I was so angry because I wasn’t getting a response to my calls for assistance. I made numerous calls but no response for a week. I even asked for a callback from Kasey but it never happened. Finally Chris called and made everything better. He was fantastic - he took care of my issues and even saved me some money. He will be our go-to-guy from now on. If you need an insurance agent, he is the best. Chris was proactive, efficient and responded to follow-up calls very quickly. Thank you Chris!

Terrible, the worst customer help I have ever experienced. Right after my previous agent retired, my policy was moved over to Kasey Osmond’s office and it went downhill quickly. Bought a newer vehicle and they couldn’t figure out what my new monthly payment would be, then the policy was cancelled by someone there. I called and was informed it was someone else at the corporate office that cancelled it. Got it reinstated and asked again about monthly payments. They still didn’t know and then told me nothing was due. Two weeks later I get a bill for two months worth of payments and told me this has been due for 6 weeks. They are directly why I cancelled my policy. Definitely not in good hands!
