  Why is it that every time I receive large packages through fedex it’s always an issue. This is the 4th time I have had a large package, 100+ lbs, and they just leave it in the middle of my driveway instead of bringing it the 30+ feet to my front door? Last time they left a package, with a wooden bookshelf in it, in the rain in my driveway?! Thankfully a neighbor informed me it was there so it didn’t get ruined. Just constantly disappointed with their lack of care.

  I was sending a warantee return. I packaged it in the original manufacturers packaging. I took it with the preprinted label to this location. I took it inside and was told that they would not accept it. After they refused it because it had an unremovable battery in it I had to take it back out and load it in the truck. They happily watched the 62 year old guy with recent rotator cuff surgery reload the box. I had to bring it home and schedule a pick up for the WHOLE day the next day. Thats right 8 AM to 8 PM because they wont take a manufacturers battery. This was not communicated in any way before. Thanks FEDEX for wasting 2 whole days but I guess I can use them icing my shoulder. Im sure Fred Smith would be proud.

  Every time I have gone there I haven’t had a bad experience. It’s always been nice and quick.
