  Had the best customer service experience I have had in a long time. Reyes M. was extremely helpful, in helping me clear up online account, so could purchase new phone. Took the time to explain several things to me about the phone, helped with accessories. He was very friendly and courteous . The manager and other employee there were the same. Thanks!!!

  My son and I went in last weekend to get an iPhone. They didn't have it in stock (they never seem to have anything in stock). They took my sons name and number and even called their boss with us in the store to order it. They said it should be in Tuesday and they would call him. My son called them yesterday and they said it wasn't there yet. He also called today and they said they didn't have it. So i called them today and the person who answered the phone told me the phone isn't there, the piece of paper with my sons name on it isn't there and that he had not seen his boss in like a week. I asked if I could get his bosses number and he said no. This also happened last time with our phones. We ended up ordering them from Walmart which means they lost a sale for 3 phones and they didn't seem to care. My advice to everyone...avoid this place at all costs. They obviously don't care about their customers. My message to this place... if you would like to make this right you know where to find me.

  Cell phone service is great, dee set me up with an everything plan for 33% of what i was paying with verizon. I would recommend this service to all my friends and family
