Im giving a 5 star not because advanced auto but because of their employees especially Eric. I've got nothing against advanced auto but the positive experience comes from the service of their employees. Advanced auto is blessed to have them and it would be wise in the best interest of the company to take exception care of them because they go beyond what is required in my opinion. If the general manager is reading this, if you can squeeze out a raise for your people just do it. If you dont, ill honestly be upset and disappointed. FYI they never asked me to write this review this is all my personal opinion.

I came in today asking for a product on clearance for $ 1.45....Manager Lance, Assistant Vivian and Tammy they all check in the back searching for the product based on the price until I could find the advertisement, so they checked and didn't have in the store, but they check in all other stores in Brevard County and found it Cocoa, so immediately called them to reserved for me. I was very impressive about this exceptional Customer Service by all of them and Manager Lance leading very proactive by example, the price was not the bottom line. It was the great services rendered by running the extra mile From 1 to 10..this store and their team get 10 Thank you Gerard De Aoka
