  ⭐️ ZERO STARS IF I COULD! Extremely disappointing customer service at Wingstop on Atlantic Blvd in Margate, FL. I placed an online order on 8/11/26 for 100 wings for an event on 8/16/26. I later found a better option and tried to cancel the order online, but there was no cancellation option. I called the store six times and spent approximately 37 minutes on hold. Two employees told me they couldn’t find the order, despite the charge appearing on my credit card. I simply needed someone to confirm the cancellation. On my final call, I asked for a manager. I was told the manager had left. I asked for anyone in charge and was placed on hold AGAIN. After 12 more minutes, I hung up. This is unacceptable. Six calls, nearly 50 minutes of my time, and still no resolution. Customer service should not be this difficult. Wingstop management needs to address this location. Zero stars if I could!

  Really disappointed. The employee entered our order wrong the first time, so they had to refund it and put it in again. After waiting longer than normal, we finally got our food, but then they got the order wrong. In the end, it took us about 1.5 hours before we could finally eat. I’ve honestly never experienced a place with so many incapable staff members.

  They gave my order to the wrong customer, and instead of taking responsibility or remaking my order, they told me to contact DoorDash myself to file a complaint. When I asked them to take responsibility for their mistake, they hung up on me. This is completely unacceptable customer service. Mistakes happen, but refusing to help a customer and then hanging up on them is unprofessional. I expected much better and will think twice before ordering from this business again.

  I ordered 4 combo meals online, and 2 of them were supposed to be Cajun/Hickory BBQ flavored. Instead, once again, they were made with Hot & BBQ flavor. This isn't the first time this has happened. Every time I call to address it, the first thing I'm told is that the two flavors are the same. No, they're not. If they were the same, they wouldn't have different names on the menu. I ordered Cajun/Hickory BBQ because that's the flavor I wanted. I'm honestly not sure why I gave this location another chance. Never again.

  Poor management is killing this place. The wings must have been left over from the day before and reheated. Horrible. Fries had seen better days. With the cost of eating out today, this is a disgrace. Place was messy and tables dirty. Customer service was no where to be found. I don't think anyone enjoys their job. I will never go back. They will not survive if people only go once.
