  ast Saturday, while this man was changing my battery and I was buying coolant, he treated the young man assisting me—his own colleague—disrespectfully. On two occasions, he acted arrogantly and spoke to me with disdain, trying to kick me out of the store even though I still needed service. I therefore ask the store manager to instruct this man on proper conduct. Furthermore, when I asked for the manager, he told the young man to leave the store for providing me with that information; because he intimidated the young man, I was unable to get the details I needed.

  The two people I dealt with—the young woman and the young man—were incredibly unprofessional. She didn't know what she was doing, and he was helping reluctantly. I asked for a battery replacement, and my car was parked out back next to the "El Bodegón" supermarket; the young man—the heavier-set one—made *me* carry the heavy battery, claiming he needed his hands free for tools. Yet, when I looked, he was only carrying two small tools in his hand, while I was struggling so much I felt like my arms were about to give out.If you go to a place, you expect to get proper help. You're paying for it—it's not a handout!

  Manager refused to return an unused item, still in the factory package (completely sealed and closed in the factory packaging). I even had the sales receipt. As I walked up to the register, she mumbled “we don’t accept returns on these” and then walked away. This was NEVER told me to me when I purchased the product. It’s not even listed on the sales receipt. The manager handled this very poorly. I refuse to give them any more business and urge my friends and family to stay away.

  If you own a diesel, don’t buy your oil from Advance, they won’t take your used oil, of course they don’t tell you that when you purchase it. I’ve returned my oil there many times but now all of the sudden they don’t take it anymore. I have been using advance auto for decades but now I’m going to use O’ Reilly Auto, they take your used oil.
