  Usually customers are treated respectfully here, but I have noticed the man who wears the Cubs hat is not very nice at all. I saw him treat the lady who was helped before me terribly, and heard him swear when he accidentally ripped my receipt. It was a very uncomfortable situation. I am in there a lot and have never seen the man smile.

  This location has a real problem with their employees attitudes. When I am forced to use UPS for a return they are always rude, unhelpful, and obviously hate their job. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location if at all possible.

  This store apparently is the only ups store I've been to that doesn't allow USPS dropoffs. Usually they will allow dropoffs but they do not scan it and provide a receipt. This store has mailboxes that accept USPS mail so it's pretty strange. The kid was not friendly about it either.
