  I had a package delivered to the hotel I am staying in and nobody in the front desk was able to help me but honestly, I don’t think they really looked hard. I figured the package was lost or somebody else had taken it. Then I went to the FedEx and Cindi was immensely, helpful, courteous, extremely professional and patient. The package was at the bottom of a huge pile. She looked through the entire thing, found it for me and saved my trip. I can’t thank her and the FedEx center at the JW Marriott enough

  If you want to drop off prepaid items to this location, they charge you a “handling fee” depending on the weight of your package. 🙄
