  Returned a Yeti cooler at this UPS Store (address in receipt). They measured it, said a 24x24 box would work, then hit us with the comedic pricing. $25 for the box. Ok cool. Then another $5 for “basic pack materials” which turned out to be literally nothing. No foam, no wrap, just the cooler sitting naked in the box. Premium air. The employee told us the $15 “basic pack service” fee was for taping up the box. Yes, really, three strips of tape. Meanwhile, Home Depot is literally across the street selling a whole roll of packaging tape for $3.50. But sure, let’s pay UPS $15 for their elite taping expertise. Hey owner, nice little scam you’ve got going here. Your employees are just doing what they’re told, but charging customers $15 to tape a box shut while a roll of tape costs $3.50 across the street? That’s not service, that’s greed.

  I was referred to Walgreens to print a personalized calendar. They advertised same-day printing.After several days of creating and entering my personalized calendar photos into their site, once I clicked on submiit, the next message said that it would be mailed to me by the following Wednesday. Because I needed this for a birthday party on Saturday, I called the UPS store and they gave me an email to submit all of the photos and within 1/2 hour my calendar was printed and 1/3 the price. I will forever be grateful for their service and will never try any other printing service in marathon. I highly recommend anyone to call the Marathon UPS store before you try another printing/mailing service.

  $4 to print a ups shipping label at the ups store is absolute theft.

  The ladies of my Marathon, FL UPS store are fast, friendly, knowledgeable and always have a smile. I am grateful for their excellent service every time.
