  Hoy fui a este subway por primera vez y realmente fue una experiencia excelente , me brindaron una atención excelente, siempre con mucha amabilidad , es increíble lo limpia que está la tienda , las muchas con sus uniformes correctos , estaba todo perfecto y los panes frescos y muy buenos la verdad valió la pena , cuando vuelva a los cayos sin duda volveré al subway

  Excelente experiencia en este Subway. Claudia y Jenny me atendieron de maravilla, fueron muy amables, pacientes y profesionales. Prepararon mi orden exactamente como la pedí y me hicieron sentir muy bien atendida. Sin duda regresaré. ¡Muchas gracias por el excelente servicio! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I would like to recognize the outstanding work these young women do at this Subway. Today I visited during the lunch rush, when the restaurant was very busy, and I had the chance to see firsthand the incredible patience, professionalism, and dedication they showed while serving every customer. Unfortunately, I also witnessed some customers being very rude and disrespectful toward them. It was upsetting to see that, despite simply doing their jobs and working hard to provide great service, they had to deal with such poor treatment. Even so, they never lost their composure. They continued serving everyone with a smile and maintained a positive attitude throughout. As for my own experience, I received excellent service. They prepared my sandwich perfectly, exactly the way I requested, and did it quickly and with great care. They were friendly, cheerful, and attentive from start to finish, making my visit truly enjoyable. I believe it’s important to recognize people when they do an exceptional job. These young women deserve respect and appreciation for their patience, hard work, and positive attitude, especially during such a busy time of day. Employees like them are the reason customers want to come back. Thank you for the excellent service, and keep up the amazing work!
