I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Subway today, Saturday, August 8, around 4:30pm. I came here because it is close to my workplace, and I brought two coworkers with me. Unfortunately, the customer service was unacceptable from the moment we walked in.
The young male employee working at the front, who was wearing a headband and had dark hair around ear length, did not even greet us or say “welcome.” We waited approximately 15 minutes before being helped. I clearly ordered the “Meal of the Day” and never once mentioned the word “spicy.” However, due to his poor attitude and lack of attention, he prepared a sandwich that was a spicy item that I had never ordered or mentioned.
When I went to pay, he told me the total was $9.90. I asked why it was that amount because I had ordered the Meal of the Day. Instead of simply acknowledging the mistake and correcting it, his attitude became even more arrogant and confrontational. He actually blamed me and asked why I did not tell him anything while he was preparing the sandwich.
How was I supposed to know what ingredients or sauce were on a sandwich I never ordered? I do not work at Subway, and unless it had been something obviously identifiable like a different type of meat or tuna, there was no reason for me to know that he was making the wrong sandwich.
He then tried to change the ingredients on the sandwich he had prepared incorrectly. When he realized that doing so was not appropriate, he angrily threw the sandwich in the trash and prepared another one. What was especially concerning was that he prepared the replacement sandwich without wearing a proper hair covering, which raised serious concerns about basic food-handling hygiene.
This entire situation significantly delayed us during our limited lunch break at work. His attitude throughout the interaction was extremely unpleasant, aggressive, and disrespectful. He clearly lacks basic customer-service skills.
Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have experienced this type of aggressive and unpleasant behavior from him at this location. After today, it will absolutely be my last time coming here.
This employee’s behavior has now created a very negative impression of this Subway among employees at the company where I work in the area. Today alone, they lost three customers, and I would not be surprised if they lose more because of the way customers are treated.
Management seriously needs to address this employee’s attitude, customer-service skills, and food-handling practices. Customers should not have to deal with hostility, blame, or disrespect simply because an employee made a mistake.

Come to this subway pretty often with the majority of my team. All together we spend probably around 100-120 dollars there a day. Subs, cookies, chips etc.
Today, two of my guys asked for water cups and put soda. Mind you, they tipped and got charged for the water cups. And were given mini solo cups. Maybe 4 oz cups.
We then got berated by a sandwich artist while on line ordering and then she came over to our table to further berate us. As a manager, and someone who’s run multiple businesses for a decade… let me break this down for you. A bag of soda syrup cost about $80. That covers about 300 medium servings. Some quick math, our cup breaks down to about 11 cents on the high end. Even if all 7 of us, did this every day.. which we do not; you’re looking at $3.85 a week. In that same week, We bring in $500 worth of revenue…
Then to top it off after we are all leaving we get a very sarcastic “please do us a favor, have a great day” from another sandwich artist…
We will no longer be coming to this Subway.
Losing hundreds of dollars a week over 33 cents … couldn’t be me lol

Crap service. I’ll always remember my horrible no good experience at this awful location. Made me never want Subway again. Refused to listen to anything when making my sandwich. Barely put any meat. When I asked if they could put a slice of meat on rather side on my empty bread they made a huge deal and said they’d have to charge me more to add even a single slice of meat disregarding the fact that they weighted the first meat then for the second just grabbed a tiny little bit skipped weighting and it was definitely not right. My same sub I get anywhere my entire life and must’ve just not known magically somehow. There was no question that was skimped. I asked for a little bit more lettuce was refused. I asked for no more mustard it supposed to be light mustard the lady again ignored me and slaughtered it. So all three people on shift seemed to be a problem. All jumping to charge more and not make it right while making a problem over even a single slice of meat regardless of them skimping it already. Then just outright refusing to listen. It had my so upset I ended up not eating it. I just gave it away upset after paying for a basically empty subway with more mustard than anything else. Every time I looked at it to eat even though I was dying hungry anger, disappointment, tears, full pregnancy hormones took over instead. I have still refused to go to subway since. Been craving since but just no. This location ruined subway for me.
The associate was friendly and polite. The store was super clean. Everything went well.
