We came tonight while using the laundromat next door and had such a wonderful experience. Ashlyn is AMAZING!!! She has such a good attitude and seems like a very hard worker, she was extremely helpful and the food was great!

I don’t understand how there are FOUR workers in there and you have NOTHING in stock and are rude to the customers. You make the comment that “we don’t have anything because we have to prep it” but you have two workers just leaving against the counter just talking? And then when I order a sandwich you add the tiniest amount of meat on there. This is ridiculous.

Just close this location and be done with it . I work in this town although I don’t live in this town and I’ve come to this location on four separate occasion and on each occasion they were fully out of bread? That’s literally the nature of your business.
With appropriate management and planning this should literally be a very scarce thing that happens

if this is a monthly occurrence clearly it’s not being ran properly.. who’s the management?
You can tell the employees is getting sick of this shit because there the ones getting yelled at. As soon as you walk in the door, they have the most lackluster “oh my God here’s another Customer” attitude I’ve ever seen.
Coming from someone who has been in hospitality for over 25 years as Regional GM.
It’s very bad for business. Get new management ASAP. This place needs to restore its morale.

I placed a paid order through the Subway app for my family, which included two meatball subs and four additional sandwiches. After the order was submitted and payment processed, I was contacted and informed that the location did not have the ingredients to fulfill the order, specifically, no meatballs and no availability of requested vegitable ingredients.
This is not an isolated incident. This location has repeatedly accepted and processed orders for items that are not actually available. The app continues to present inaccurate inventory, resulting in orders being charged and then partially or entirely unfulfilled.
Because the order was already paid for, my funds are now tied up pending a refund, which is not immediate. This creates a direct financial impact, requiring me to use additional funds to provide a meal for my family while waiting for the original payment to be returned.
This is a systemic issue that needs to be addressed. There must be accurate, real-time alignment between in-store inventory and what is offered through the app. Orders should not be accepted or charged if they cannot be fulfilled.
The girl working the counter was extremely rude and was throwing things around when my son walked in to pick up our order. She was behaving as if serving a customer was a inconvenience to her. We live a 20 minute ride from the store so we did not open our order until we got home. When I unwrapped my sandwich the bread was burnt. The other sandwich was covered in pepper as if on purpose and inedible. I also ordered 2 cookies that were not in the bag at all. This happened on Monday March 2nd 2026 around 8:00 pm. When I called and asked to speak to the manager she said that there was no manager there. When I asked to have them call back she said she the manager is not a him it's a woman. I replied I did not say him I said them. She then said she would send the manager a text message to contact me. That has not yet happened at this time. My best advice is just don't order from this location or if you do please go inside and watch them prepare it. Always check before you leave and if you are treated like a imposition just leave. This is another food service business in Macclenny that will soon close it's doors because customer service is not important. Spend your money where it is appreciated.
