  Two workers working only one working to help customers. The other worker in the back ignoring customers. I was second in line. The worker working pulled online order to do before assisting me. So I asked if the other worker was going to help with customers. I watched the one working ask the other employee and they both laughed disrespectfully. So I left. Go to the other subway in macclenny not the one in walmart.

  If you came here for subs, good luck at the time of writing this its now 12 in the afternoon lunch rush. I went up there on my lunch break to grab a sub the only thing they had was Flatbread and none of the other breads at all, 2 out of the 3 employees were just standing around. Honestly if you want subway go to the one near winn dixie or the one at that gas station further down atleast they seem to be prepped for a lunch rush and actually want to work. Also forgot to mention whoever is managing this restaurant needs to do there job and heavily clean theirs flys in your drink dispensers 90% of the time and your subs display glass and workstations for making them are absolutely disgusting.

  The older gentlemen who made my sandwich was so sweet and kind. He was so friendly and made me laugh while he made my sandwich. I usually go to Journey's subway in Glen but they are so chinsy on meat. So happy I came by here tonight! 🥰

  I got a sandwich from here and the condiments were put on last and they were all goopfng out the sideI called to inform the sandwich maker that they're supposed to put the condiments on the sandwich firstUnless stated otherwiseThey laughed at me told me they know how to make sandwichesDidn't apologize for itI was actually really upsetI was just calling for an apologyBut now hands down I will never call the Subway ever againThere are otherThere are other Subway'sThere are other Subway's in town

  I visited on 7/22/18, around 4:45pm. The girl was facing the opposite side of the counter (away from the customer), and when she finished what she was doing, just walked away and into the back. Didn't care to see if anyone was standing there. I waited, thinking she would come back and she did not. There was no bell or anything I could use to alert her I was there. I walked around the side of the counter hoping to be seen but wasn't. Meanwhile, I was in desperate need to take my medication with a glass of water. I ended up just taking a cup and getting some. Sry Subway, I'm not a theif but it was an urgent situation and nobody was there to help me.
