  The owner and staff was awesome! Very helpful and patient with me. I was in a panic of needing their help and it was closing time and they still were willing to help with our printing needs. And also come up with a layout idea for what I was needing. My husband is a Mason, Scottish Rite and Shriner member. I would definitely recommend we all support this team! Thank you very much!

  I've been coming to this UPS Store for years now. My father and I have had a PMB here for a long time, and walking through the door always feels a little like showing up to a family reunion. Over the years we've gotten to know the people who work here, and one person in particular has always stood out to me — kind of like a favorite cousin you look forward to seeing. Michelle has made going to the UPS Store my favorite "errand" for more than three years now. She is pure sunshine in human form and gives the best hugs. Around Michelle, you never feel like you have to pretend everything is okay. If you're having a bad day, you can just say that, and somehow you'll leave feeling a little lighter than when you walked in. Truthfully, this five-star review isn't really for UPS. I could have rented a mailbox anywhere. This five stars is for walking into a little building to pick up my mail and walking back out with a smile on my face because of an interaction with a friend. Thank you, Michelle, for making such an ordinary part of life feel special.

  I've used this UPS Store several times for shipping, printing, and returning packages, and every visit has been smooth and hassle-free. The staff is knowledgeable, efficient, and always willing to answer questions if I need help choosing the best shipping option. What I appreciate most is how organized everything is. Even when there are a few people in line, they keep things moving and make the process quick and easy. Great customer service and a professional team make this a place I can confidently recommend.

  I gave UPS a 10/10 rating because my package arrived on time, the driver was courteous and professional, and the delivery process was smooth from start to finish. Tracking updates were accurate and my package arrived in excellent condition. Great service overall.
