  The person that served us was so amazing and nice, his name was Kevin, he gave us hot fries and those were the best fries ever. You definitely deserve 5 stars!

  My first time coming here was not that great of an experience (the wings were not warm abd fries seemed old) so I called the store and customer service was good, they were able to resolve it. However I avoided it for a while. And recently decided that Id try here again. The last 3 times I've been, it's been spot on everything's been hot, fresh, enough sauce, and the customer service has been kind. So I have no complaints, been here lunch time dinner time and in between. I will keep coming to this wingstop.

  I just ordered from this location, did an order and got it delivered spent almost $60 and I had items missing out of my bag got items that I did not ask for and did not want. I called the store trying to figure out this problem and I got was we don't do refunds I didn't ask for a refund nor did I say I couldn't leave work manager was very rude and as a general manager myself I would not have that person working for me. Absolutely no great customer service no wow not even a real apology just we don't do refunds.
