Whoa, wow, wonderful! Visiting Advance Auto Parts today to pick up a few needed supplies, I was warmly welcomed by Megan, one of their finest customer service representatives. She immediately helped me to find the items I was looking for and recommended an additional product (which I have already used today -- with OUTSTANDING RESULTS!!). 10 STARS DEFINITELY DESERVED! Thank you Megan for your kindness, professionalism, and going "Above and Beyond" to exceed my expectations! I will definitely be coming back and will be sharing my Good News with our many family and friends! Bob

Great experience. I had to replace a battery and found out it was under warranty. Trevor and Meagan were great to deal with and very helpful. Will definitely be back.

They got a little busy while I was there. There are several well shaded parking spots so that was awesome!

No one knows anything here beyond extreme basics. And no one is willing to even check to see if a specific wrench socket fits your lug nut (if you can't remember if it's 20mm or 22mm), they treated me like a thief because I asked nicely if I could check or if one of the employees could just check, my Jeep was right at the front door (none of them bothered). Another day they ruined my torx screws trying to remove it from an AUX battery with an alligator teeth lock wrench, all because the entire store didn't have a single torx socket to do it (since I left mine at home), so I ended up buying an entire $60 set just to take the screws out at the store. Needless to say I will not be buying anything here ever again.
