  Multiple times have brought large amount of returns and Rick has been 10/10 very friendly, fast and helpful. Most staff there have been great too but seems every time I have a large amount of returns Ricks the one to help me.

  Able to get in and out quickly and the service was efficient. Was asked rather I wanted a receipt for my return and I really appreciate that, because we can be so, busy and forget to ask for that and not have proof of our return. Thanks UPS for asking keep it up.

  After leaving the extremely rude and unhelpful man at the UPS store next to Crunch Fitness, I came here. Wow. These guys were so kind, friendly, and helpful. Use this USP store only. You have been forewarned.

  Geneva and Anna were SO helpful!! I called the wrong location and they still helped me out!! When I couldn’t locate my package they went out of their way to help me find it. Literally when they were about to close they stayed on the phone with me until we figured out the problem! Their customer service and guidance needs to be studied, truly 10/10 in customer service 🙌
