  I was trying to ship a work laptop and the worker today July 2, 2026 at 5:30 p.m. was extremely rude to me. He didn’t even put in the account number for the ship but insisted that I needed to purchase shipping material to ship the laptop. I’m disgusted and would avoid this location at all costs. There was a young woman who was kind but the overall treatment as a customer was horrible

  Never very peachy service here usually but Dale especially seems to have a complex, not friendly to the multiple people I saw him interact with before me and not friendly to myself, either. The lady that helped me in the end was the only redeeming factor.
