  I used to have them as a solid, 3 or 4, because Toni did find me decent low end insurance. Now it's a matter of 2 months in the past 3 years I have called and called well before 4pm. I left messages, calls get auto forwarded to allstate and I have to to talk to local agent by policy. I wait on hold, they have a way to call them so you can leave a message that will not be returned. I hope they can get back to handling customers. I even talked to Christie years back saying I couldn't reach anyone for weeks. So my guess is they are going out.

  Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Christie was very patient and friendly as we navigate through our different choices regarding our new home and how best to protect it. The prices were extremely fair compared to many other agencies we had considered.

  Hands down, second to none this is the BEST insurance agency I have EVER worked with. Having lived all over the world and having dealt with insurance agencies in Europe, Central America and the USA, I cannot imagine ever trying to find someone else to even remotely come close to the professionalism and “family adjacent” treatment we receive in a constant and predictable manner. Don’t hesitate and certainly don’t walk, RUN to get your insurance needs from them. Thank me later!!

  Allstate has been my carrier for home and auto for over 30 years. They have always taken great care of me as a customer, and I have no plans to change companies. Christie Pie and associates are top notch professionals.
