  Store was moderately clean but as a former restaurant operator, the store is severely lacking. Half of the fountain drinks were unavailable. There is a hiring sign straight from a regular printer. I'm sure there must be local store marketing kits that have branded signs that can be used. The girl helping us I can only assume was new because she didn't know the build of the wrap. She was a least trying and was nice. Wrap was a fail because I'm sure the meat should have been warmed. It was cold, almost ice. The other girl working was counting the drawer (there should be a least one extra so they can be swapped out). Not very friendly. Another customer tried to joke with her and it was received with a straight face. There was also no handwashing after counting the cash which is self explanatory. Glad this was just a stop on my drive home and not my local store.

  Came in with my family this evening, there was only one employee working by herself. She had a heck of a line and was doing an AMAZING job! She greeted everyone who entered (which is rare these days) and was fast and efficient. She needs a raise.

  I’m a truck driver. I stay on the road and this subway is small in size, but they have a great turnaround time and they move very quickly . In my rush, I forgot my drink and I almost left. It The manager ran outside just to make sure I wouldn’t leave my drink behind. Really has a heart of gold. I’ll give them an A+.

  Arrived 20 min before closing to find the door locked. Even worse was a hand written sign on the door stating the door was stuck. So customers were tugging on a locked door. Nice way to humiliate customers.
