  I went into the store to send a letter overnight to indiana. They told me it would be $119. I asked how that is possible? Seems a little high. They said that was the price. I took my letter back and went to the US post office in lighthouse Point and sent it overnight for $35. Thank you US post office.

  I’d lost hope of getting the package out before the driver made his last pickup for the day (think past 6:30pm, THU, meaning if I don’t make it, it’ll be FRI shipping for MON delivery, or even later.) Anyway, the manager/owner hooked it up. I had only cash, they had no change since they’re close to closing, and the driver was already loading the truck. The owner gentleman told me I could walk across to Publix and see if I could get change and he’d hold the driver five mins. So I went, grabbed a Gatorade, my change, walked back, and the driver was waving goodbye as I walked in. I handed the (almost) exact change over and…30s later, the package went from likely getting there next week to likely getting there tomorrow. And I now have a Gatorade! (Disclaimer: Ground shipping does not guarantee next-day delivery. However, since it’s going to the other end of FL, it’ll likely get there tomorrow.) Thanks.

  This UPS store is fantastic! The staff is always very helpful and friendly. Irsh assisted me with an issue I was experiencing. There’s never a long wait! Keep up the great work, Lighthouse Point UPS!
