This is by far the worst UPS Store I’ve visited. The employees seem more interested in being difficult than helping customers, often hiding behind “policy” while applying it inconsistently. I’ve never had these kinds of issues at other UPS locations.
While waiting, I overheard one male employee call an elderly customer “old” under his breath after she walked away. I also observed employees being selective about who they were willing to help and treating some customers far differently than others. Clearly they are driven by ego rather than customer service. I will go out of my way to avoid this location in the future.
Some girl by the name of Isabel that helped me today at the front desk has a very nasty attitude. She needs to get it together. You go into customer service to help People not to catch attitudes with them.

Had to have a “map” printed on larger than 8x10. Wasn’t sure if the size I wanted. The sales associate was super and knowledgeable. Worked over 1/2 hr to get my map printed (8) copies then printed out my packet. I originally had gone to Staples to have this printed and was told I had to upload to their website and then it would take at least 24hrs. Obviously, UPS, has my printing business when needed for future projects. Thank you UPS for your service.

So times I’ve gotten so hard that you have to charge for a piece of tape. It’s not the employee so at the counter explain to me they started charging as per the owner about a month ago. Good luck with that. Let’s see how this place gets flooded with bad reviews.

This location openly admits it doesn’t follow UPS corporate standards, but instead whatever the owner tells them to do. That alone should tell you everything you need to know about how this place operates.
I was helped by Rodney, and honestly it felt like he didn’t want to be there — or worse, like he was annoyed he had to work on a Sunday.
The service was sarcastic, unhelpful, and completely unprofessional. The most absurd part? First he tried to sell me a different box from the one I got from home for no reason and then he tried to charge me just to put a piece of tape on my own box. Seriously? I’ve never seen something so petty. Be aware they will try to scam you.
To top it off, when I asked to speak with a manager, there was no one available. No supervision, no accountability — just poor service all around.
If you don’t like dealing with customers or working weekends, maybe this isn’t the right job for you. Bad service is one thing, but disrespect and attitude are on a whole different level.
Definitely not coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
