  We came in to ship items we bought on vacation home. We were completely unprepared, yet Isabel and Irshh were most patient and friendly with us. I could not thank them enough for their help and positive spirits. Best UPS experience ever and we ship a lot.

  I had such a great experience at this UPS Store! Irsh was incredibly helpful, professional, patient, and friendly from the moment I walked in. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of correctly and made the entire process quick and stress-free. It’s rare to come across customer service this genuine and attentive. UPS is lucky to have him—he definitely deserves recognition for the way he treats customers. Thank you, Irsh and the rest of the team! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  I always have a great experience at the UPS Store in Lighthouse Point, but I especially want to recognize Richard. He is very helpful always professional and patient. Highly recommend this location, great care of their customers!

  while probably a nice UPS we went in to scan some documents and send to email. the 32 pages cost is almost $40 lol and it wasn’t really disclosed before doing so. and when we go to pay the $40 shows up and i was visibly taken aback at the cost. no materials were used. no paper. just literally scanning and sending to email. like in what world does that cost more than a meal?! i’m sorry insane. don’t scan your docs here.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I would like to recognize Isabel Sánchez for her outstanding customer service. I visit this UPS Store in Pompano quite often, and she is always incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. I have also seen her assisting many different customers, and she consistently treats everyone with patience, kindness, and respect. Isabel speaks both English and Spanish, which is a great asset, and she is always willing to help and make sure customers receive excellent service. Employees like Isabel truly make a difference. I hope UPS recognizes her dedication and professionalism and considers her for a promotion soon. She definitely deserves it! Great job, Isabel!
