  The food is usually OK every now and then they mess up my order. The customer service here is nonexistent. They’ll literally see you walk through the door and say absolutely nothing whether you’re standing at the register or the pick up counter. I literally walked back outside and then back in like maybe they just can’t see or something.

  I usually love eating here but unfortunately today was terrible. I walked in and there were no customers inside, I told them my name for an order which was the simplest of orders. They told me it wasn’t ready after I was told it would be ready in less than 10 minutes. I sat for 30 minutes waiting for my food and finally had enough, asked where my food was and this girl gave me a dirty look then handed me my food which was sitting there for over 10 minutes. My food was cold because all they wanted to focus on was the delivery drivers and not the pickups. I even went in yesterday for the same order and it took less than 5 minutes to get it ready!

  I rarely ever write reviews but after receiving my food tonight I have to. My food was cold, inedible, & was probably an hour old. The sauce was barely smeared on the wings. Please look at the pictures🤦🏽‍♂️

  Just got this for dinner for the family tonight. Never been there and when I say this is one of the best places for wings, with loaded flavor quick and easy for lehigh. I was so happy and the people working there seemed very friendly and having conversations with us. I will definitely go back. BTW, I love a good ranch and blue cheese. Well, they have it! Thanks for the great food and service. We got the 30 wings deal with fries, veggies Dips and a drink.

  They no matter what always forget the ranch.... I ordered 3 orders of tenders with ranch and they never put the sides of ranch in the bag.
