  My husband enjoys Wing Stop but he usually brings it home. We used to dine in more. . The service has gotten worse after we are in last night. The girls were friendlier but now they don’t even speak English! It’s difficult to order. Can’t you hire people that at least smile!!!!! Oh and this is a MAJOR turnoff—- the outside is filthy and disgusting! My husband usually goes & brings it home. But I was with him last night and I didn’t even want to go inside! The sidewalk was littered with cigarette butts, dirt, papers and I didn’t even want to touch the doors! Come on! An employee can pick up and sweep! It’s a VERY poor representation of what the kitchen might be like!?! It’s an eating establishment! Keep it better maintained!

  The wings were over cooked. It was like eating chicken jerky on the bone.

  Ordered their food and drink delivery service and they just served me water although I ordered fruit punch. Went to restaurant and drinks were out of order. server stated they can’t give a refund bc manager will not allow them. So I paid extra for no reason. They could’ve communicated with driver to communicate with me and worked something out but didn’t.

  The food is usually OK every now and then they mess up my order. The customer service here is nonexistent. They’ll literally see you walk through the door and say absolutely nothing whether you’re standing at the register or the pick up counter. I literally walked back outside and then back in like maybe they just can’t see or something.

  I usually love eating here but unfortunately today was terrible. I walked in and there were no customers inside, I told them my name for an order which was the simplest of orders. They told me it wasn’t ready after I was told it would be ready in less than 10 minutes. I sat for 30 minutes waiting for my food and finally had enough, asked where my food was and this girl gave me a dirty look then handed me my food which was sitting there for over 10 minutes. My food was cold because all they wanted to focus on was the delivery drivers and not the pickups. I even went in yesterday for the same order and it took less than 5 minutes to get it ready!
