  Went in store and label it had printed got wet and was not scanning. Super busy and first thing in the morning.Jesse went above and Beyond helping me with a new label and Great Attitude. What a Great Employee to have.Thank You Jesse for your Help.

  Went there this morning.Had a label on box that had got wet and could not be scanned.Super Busy also.Jesse helped us out and made a new label for box and gave us a Receipt. Thank You Jesse!! What a personable and Great Employee.

  I would like to say I’m disgusted with the guy at this location who claims to be a supervisor, he refused to assist me not once but twice after and hung up on me as well both times. He was very rude when I called the first time no greeting, going off his tone of voice and him continuously interrupting me when I was trying to explain to him the situation of what was going on with package, he cursed me, I would like to speak to someone about this matter possibly from UPS cause this is crazy who is representing UPS in this matter, theirs no customer service skills at all!
