Hi, often go to this store.But sometimes customer service from the representatives are very poor summer is one name I went in and pre ordered to the steak , but I went into having it made a certain way , and the representative danielle is very unprofessional and needs to be coached about excellent customer service

I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. I ordered the Italian protein pocket and was told I had to get it “as is,” which I was fine with. However, when I asked to substitute mayonnaise for the aioli sauce and add pickles, the employee refused.
This was a simple condiment/vegetable request, yet the employee was unwilling to accommodate it. The situation went back and forth unnecessarily, and ultimately my husband and I walked out without ordering—despite planning to purchase sandwiches for ourselves and our two children.
I understand menu guidelines, but refusing basic substitutions. This experience cost the store multiple sales, and I won’t be returning to this location. This happened on Tuesday January 13 around 6- 7:30 pm. The girl said her name was Chelsea and just absolutely refused to let me have mayonnaise on my order.
