Ofelia was the best, she helped me out so much. I was trying to do warranty claim and couldn’t figure it out and she guided me through the entire process and I was able to get my phone without having to pay anything 10/10 customer service

I love this new cricket store in Lehigh Acres so much. First because it's close to where I live which is pretty awesome. Second, the service there is really good. Very attentive and helpful. I've only met two ppl that work there in the three times that I was there but each time I have to say was better than the last. I would recommend if you need a new phone or need an upgrade or just have a question about your phone to call or go to this Cricket store. Five stars all day!!!!
