  The breaker bar that we bought when me and my step brother we're there instantly broke it's not your guys's fault stuff like this happens since I was taking care of an emergency situation for my Step Brothers

  So idk if this place has a thing against fords or what but I’ve had 2 issues here with 2 different younger people that work here they both like to say things under their breath like the first one said “enjoy your pos ford” the second time (which was today) I was buying an oil filter he purposely gave me the wrong one then says “have a good day well we will see about that” under his breath and laughed and that stuck to my mind untill I noticed the oil filter problem and came to conclusion that’s why I’m gonna return this filter and just not shop at that store anymore I’m not blaming the company I blame the managers at the specific store for hiring these people

  Stopped by to get my battery checked and had the best customer service from the store manager. He happily checked my battery and then told me it was fine. Something just needed to be tightened. I so appreciate the help and not taking advantage of someone that knows nothing about cars. There are still good people and good customer service out there! Thank you so much!!!!!
