  Came in with a fuel line issue that I had a fix made up already in mind. A gentleman named Chris came out to my truck helped me identify my fuel line size and showed me another fix to help cut my costs due to my budget constraints. Seemed super knowledgeable and helped me in quite the pinch, definitely someone that should get promoted if not more.

  I had an amazing experience today. I needed a new battery and windshield wipers, Shylee she was so nice she explained planed everything to and also Andy he was super sweet I asked questions and he answered them they will be my go to people next time I go back

  Car died from a bad battery, so I bought a battery from this store. Gave them the correct year, make, and model vehicle and they recommended a battery for my vehicle. 2 weeks later, my car died again. I took my car to the dealership thinking it was some other electrical issue. Nope. It was the battery, Advanced Auto sold me the wrong battery. So we took the battery back to them for a refund, and they said the only thing we can give you is store credit... Why, would I go back to a store that is 'suppose' to be knowledgeable in parts and services when they sold me something that was 1. the wrong part and 2. technically did damage to my vehicle because it was they wrong part. Not the first time I've had issues with Advanced.
