  A second day letter cost $74 to ship and charged me next day air fees. Will not be going there again. Update ... Spoke w the manager.... that went nowhere as expected. His response was you got what you paid for.... The issue is that I was not given options between late in the day or early delivery which could have assisted with the cost even after I expressed my concern for the price. Ultimately options were just not available to me.

  D’Anna I cannot say enough about this employee who was respectful attentive and extremely helpful in a very stressful situation faxing very important documents It is amazing to have the help of a competent caring young person to help us accomplish contemporary document Transfers Thank you Diana

  In and out within moments. The staff are very friendly and efficient. Dropping off returns is painless and shipping out items requires no effort.
