  I needed to get insulin sent ASAP and went to this location early in the morning yesterday. They explained the insulin would sit all day until the truck came at 5:30. Suggested I take it home and keep it in the refrigerator and bring it back closer to pick up time. I was able to purchase insulin cooling bags from Walgreens that will keep it cold for up to 60 hours! It is on its way now and I am getting updates. Delay due to flight but it is staying cool and should be delivered tomorrow. Printing the label at home saved me $74 and if you compare the price with FedEx estimate, I saved over $100 in shipping costs. I was pleased enough with the staff at this location that I brought donuts. Five stars! A day late due to a flight delay, arrived cold today - thank you!

  The staff a t this location are the best ! Dalia is awesome and I seem to always get her to help my with Amazon returns and shipments .The staff are very professional and know how to make your shipping easier.

  I left another location feeling pretty upset, so I was a little hesitant coming in—but I’m really glad I did. The manager here is excellent and clearly holds high standards for the team, which really shows in the service and overall experience. Everything felt more organized, professional, and welcoming. You can tell the staff takes pride in their work, and it made a big difference. I’ll definitely be coming back!
