  Get some new staff or close the store. One person working and he wasn't even sure he wanted to be there. Dirty bathroom no soap. Slow slow slow.

  I visited this Subway today, 9/23/26, around 2:15 PM, and had a very unpleasant experience. While the employee was making my sandwich, I watched him scratch the area around his neck with the glove he was wearing. He then immediately placed that same gloved hand down on the bread he was preparing my sandwich with. I found that extremely unsanitary and honestly disgusting. I was so uncomfortable that I walked out without taking my food. I understand that employees are human, but basic food-safety and hygiene practices should be followed when handling food. I hope management addresses this because customers should be able to feel confident that their food is being prepared safely.

  I eat here quite frequently in the daytime. The two girls that work in the day bust their butt and do an amazing job. They are polite, friendly the food is fresh. Everything goes great. I used to eat here in the evening as well until Some of the staff changes one of the new girls that works night has glasses. I think her name is Nevin or something like that. She is absolutely ridiculous. She is rude talks about the other staff members has attitude with you when you ask her for something my wife is biracial and she made comments about not being able to understand my wife who speaks English fluently, but is Jamaican after that I will never come back there again at night until she’s gone. I will go during the day because like I said, the two girls in the day are absolutely amazing. Something needs to happen to that store with the nighttime staff members. They’re out of control. They have no respect for customers or their other staff.

  I ordered online for pick up and my sandwich was prepared 20 mins before my scheduled pick up. That was the first red flag. The second was that they neglected to wrap the halves separately like I requested in the additional order instructions. The final straw was the pitiful excuse for veggies that they knowingly put in the sandwich! Browning lettuce, floppy cucumbers, pale tomatoes, you get the picture. It reeks of negligence, top to bottom. It’s sad to see how low Subway has fallen.
