  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Elisha B. was absolutely incredible! He helped me find exactly the right parts I needed and was so kind, helpful, patient, and genuinely caring throughout the entire experience. Honestly, hands down the best experience I’ve had at any retail store. He even opened the door for me on my way out, just an all-around genuinely great person. I’m so grateful for his help and service. 10/10 experience. Thank you so much, Elisha! You will go far in life with the way you treat people

  Horrible service. I placed an online order that was supposedly ready in half an hour. I arrived an hour late, and they hadn't even started looking for it. The cashier told me they didn't have the filter or the oil. When I asked why it wasn't ready, he got upset, became arrogant, and said he just worked there and it wasn't his problem. He then canceled my order and sent me to another employee. The second employee actually took the time to look and found both items immediately.To make matters worse, they charged me extra, so I had to pay more money. Plus, with the amount they already took from my card for the first order, now I still have to wait for them to refund that money. In the end, the rude cashier processed the transaction anyway. I wasted more an hour here. Horrible, horrible place. Avoid it."

  Ajay was seriously the best. He helped test my battery and stayed with me until it started absolutely pouring. We ended up waiting inside for the rain to calm down , and he kept the conversation going the whole time. Super friendly, easy to talk to, and had great customer service. I also got a battery for a way better price than other auto parts stores, and even with the crazy on-and-off rain, I was still in and out pretty fast. Definitely appreciate the great service.
