  Pretty sure this was a delivery issue and transport issue ( No thermal warming bag used). First time trying wingstop here. Unfortunately everything we got delivered was cold cold so cant really say to much on reheated food and tasted reheated. Especially the frys. We live just 2 miles away. But due to being sick had it delivered vs pickup. Food was picked up at 6:09 and reached our house at 6:39. Doordash took 30 minutes to deliver when after being text arrival should be 6:21 Uggg. Just thought you should know.

  Ari and Keyanna were the two smiling faces behind the counter when I arrived. They were both very pleasant and inviting plus we had a couple of laughs. Always nice to receive really good customer service when you’re coming to get food you’ve been dreaming about all day. It just amplify the meal! I love me some Wingstop! Happy to say that I’ve always had my order taken right at this location the half a dozen times I’ve been here. It’s really nice to have a place that just cooks chicken and nothing else in the fryer. I’m not a huge fan of their wing sauces, but I do love their house made blue cheese and ranch dressings. I always get plain wings, all flats is a must, and bring Frank’s hot sauce with me so I can eat them fresh out of the fryer!!! If I carried a purse there would be hot sauce in there! 🤣 10 out of 10 would recommend⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  This girl identified herself as a manager proceeds to call me a f—- hoe, cracker and. b—— because the drinks tasted funny even another employee said same who tasted them. She called someone on phone about refund then i asked for refund and that is when she verbally and repeatedly assaulted me because i asked for a refund and to speak to a manager. The other employees would not speak/give me her name. I emailed corporate and will be demanding a full refund! No one should ever talk to someone like that unprovoked or otherwise! Never go to this location. I was a regular customer and loyal but NEVER will I return!
