  Simply they do what they need to do well. Recently had a shipment delivered there as mu ups driver likes to deliver after 8pm and get creative where he puts the box. Box was there, picked up quickly, nice employee. Sometimes the manager gets a critism, but they do a tremendous quantity of packages. They answer questions, helpful to where. they are allowed to be. Remember it's a business separate FROM UPS and they have to rub it like a businesd.

  Sarah was extremely helpful initiating a return for me where I was obviously struggling to understand and had me out the door in minutes. Amazing customer service.

  Have been a customer of this UPS store since March 2020. 5 1/2 years now. Scott is the owner. They have always been prompt, accurate, professional, and friendly with all my shipping needs. I am a frequent customer. Prices are reasonable and customer service has always been 5-star worthy. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
