Very unprofessional. Accountability and basic problem solving seems to be an issue for this location. Will take my business elsewhere. Thanks

I just had the most pleasant experience at this store. All 3 employees were so helpful! They helped me pick out the right size box, created my label, packed up all of my stuff AND they didn’t act like I was an inconvenience. They were super happy to just help me and I love that. This will be my go-to UPS store from now on.

We had a very fragile, large stained glass piece to send from Florida to North Carolina. The staff members worked to design an excellent packaging job and our art arrived in 3 days in perfect condition. Friendly, clean store and angreat result. Will use them again.

The Exceptional Excellence by Scott is Beyond Above any other location, with his patience, knowledge, and doing more research about the address I need to ship in Rincón, Puerto Rico.

So this morning I went to the UPS and Cassy went above and beyond expectations! I am always greeted so warmly. But this morning was a little extra special! H
