  I have used this store more than 100 times. Store is always clean. Customer service is always on point. Never had a bad experience! Great job with the employees. They are awesome. Always patient and willing to help. Never show attitude even with disgruntled customers! Well done hiring.

  I cannot say enough amazing things about this location. I obviously do my amazon returns here (hehe) and they are fast and efficient. Recently I shipped something overnight from FL to AR (cost was over $100). The next day it was at the UPS hub in Clearwater at like 1p. So I knew it was not leaving the state - or at least not getting to AR by guaranteed 8p. I called and kept getting people over seas. Finally Alex answered- he tracked down the package and had Heather request it come back to this location so I can get it back. Heather also requested a refund for the shipping cost without me even asking. Now a refund check is on the way. Amazing customer service!!! Amazing Team that works together!!! You just do not see that anymore (post covid lol) Thank you!!!

  Met Heather and her daughters today as I had a return replacement shipment I needed it handled. And I was out of there in under 2, TWO minutes! I was not ready for the awesome service and amazing vibes this location has. Very clean store with upbeat and professional peeps who clearly want to make this experience the best. TY UPS for hiring such amazing people . I definitely recommend this location for all of your shipping needs.

  It’s honestly ridiculous and makes absolutely no sense. I didn’t even know ashes could only be shipped through USPS, so for them to suddenly tell me that after I already dragged myself, my one-year-old, the stroller, and my mother’s ashes inside was frustrating enough. But then to say I could’ve signed a waiver and shipped it if I hadn’t told them what it was? How does that make any logical sense? Either it’s allowed or it isn’t. The whole situation was beyond inconsiderate. I was visibly struggling carrying everything, and not one person even thought to open the door or help. Basic compassion and common sense seem completely lost anymore.
