  Was given this branch’s phone number after calling Allstate’s corporate line inquiring about landlord insurance. Unfortunately after 3 weeks of working with this branch I do not believe the agents here have experience in the coverage I was looking for and I wish they had redirected me instead of putting me through the wringer. After paying in full for a policy that ended up not excepting my lease terms, then paying $100 for a 4-point for a different policy to be told afterwards I was denied coverage and there was nothing else they could do for me, I am very disappointed with my experience. Your responses tell me you have no knowledge of my case or what took place. If anything, they confirm what I said. The agents were unfortunately not equipped to handle landlord insurance and should’ve been upfront and suggested I look elsewhere.
