Desire V. provided some of the worst customer service experiences I have ever received. Extremely rude and condescending to the point that I was very tempted to leave the store. Being a professional business person who knows the level of customer service needed to succeed in busines, I was appalled by her attitude and behavior. I don't see myself doing business with Cricket Wireless ever again. A few days later, I was doing business with Boost Mobile at 13220 Starky Rd suite 800, Large. Really good experience. I recommend you send all your friends with phone needs here. Be sure to ask for Jeremy. He was awesome.
