  My interaction with the young lady on the night shift. Has me wait outside few minutes so she can finish her smoke break. Sure no problem. Then when she is allows me in to order a gentleman with a disability comes in at same time. Says he is starving in a very low tone almost unrecognizable probably due to his disability. I being nice wanted him to order first so he can get his food first. I had not even started my order or even named my bread. She would refuse to allow me to do so for unknown reasons. After a small dispute I decided to go ahead and put in my order. She proceeded to rush me through the order the whole time then when she put in my order to toast. She allowed my order to overcook because she was trying to hurry and get the gentleman's order done. The gentleman requested his sandwich lightly cooked. After pulling mine out and putting his in she began to put on the veggies I requested. His timer was done, then it proceeded to stay in after the timer going off. I spoke up for the gentleman because she wasn't listening to him apparently, she rebuttal I know what I'm doing. Me not wanting to argue I finished up my order and then she made comment "That veggie is suppose to go first so you know for next time" I simply wanted four veggies why does the order matter? "Next time I won't put it on" After I paid and left to eat my sandwich, which was over cooked due to her negligence. Another customer came in about 10minutes to close and the employee was literally yelling at the woman who was trying get food. Roller whom has been taking care of me as a customer for almost the last year two to three times a week. Has been nothing but good customer service to everyone IV seen. This lady is pitiful choice for customers satisfaction. If roller is not there I will go to the other subway down the street which has a drive through.

  The lettuce was brown and I ask for new lettuce and the employee stated its the best she can do. I asked her for little mustard and she put as much as she wanted on my sandwich. If you live in the area there is a really good and fresh subway on dixie and Hypoluxo in the Kmart plaza.
