  1 word - ADDY ! What a gem Of a human being even before I went to the store and I called - she made me believe that sending a 6 foot package was going to be easy and with her - and it was. I wish I could put 20 stars cause that’s what she deserves just an absolute pleasure to talk to and made a very difficult package sending experience very easy for us. Hopefully Addy, you come and visit us soon !
