  I’ve been to multiple ups stores that will ship with a usps label just without being able to give me a receipt. Workers were rude and condescending. Whatever you can’t take the shipping label be nicer. Ups in lutz is 100% better. Horrible service.

  staff is awful and lacks customer service. tried to pick up a package that i was the pick up person for but they were being rude and difficult. stay away from this store

  Few stuff members are very rude a old lady and other women were commenting when I was returning my Amazon returns Your have jobs because we are returning the Amazon stuff too When Amazon doesn’t have any issues What your problem why are you commenting on customers Do you know how many we buy how many we return ?? If you pay I’ll donate instead of returning my Amazon packages
