  Unprofessional location. Made an appointment for Notary services at 9 AM. Arrived and received confirmation they do not follow the online appointments, first come first serve, and the notary rep arrives whenever they want. Save your time and go to a different location.

  The afternoon shift (the younger the boys) always turn you away even if you have proper UPS QR codes and proper packaging - as well as if it says “no box no label” they turn you away even if THEY think it needs a box because they don’t want to package it. Same as previous review - Tik Tok DOES give QR codes for UPS and the afternoon shift guys do say “Tik Tok lies we can’t do it” just seems like they don’t want to work and will say anything not to help.

  We had legal documents that had to be notarized, scanned and email to a business. I walked into the store and was helped by Sarah (I think that is correct). What a terrific representative for the business! She was professionally “Perfect”! Thank you so much for being such a great professional and helping me work the problem. I’m good friends with a former UPS International Operations President. He’ll guide me in making sure that Sarah is recognized by the most senior executives in UPS!

  Whoever worked the 5:30 PM shift on February 5, 2026 has the worst customer service of anybody I’ve ever seen. I had two returns that had two QR codes that stated no box needed and the only thing that the gentleman could tell me was “well TikTok lies“. I didn’t have anything on me that I could purchase a bag so I had to go run to my car to go get funds to buy a two dollar bag. His customer service is going to be the reason I never come to this location ever again. If you’re gonna have young workers work, you’ll need to teach them how to speak to people in a respectful way. TikTok lies is not a suspicion enough answer for anybody that selected the option for no box
