  This Wingstop has always been great and a go to spot for us when it comes to ordering a late night dinner. Tonight in particular (8/24 around 11) I wanted to highlight the late night shift they were very quick with our order and I had the best wings I’ve ever gotten from this store. They were very well seasoned and were slightly more crispy than usual which I love and it made my night. Thank you guys for the fantastic dinner.

  This is terrible do not eat here ordered a 5 piece tender combo and the tenders are so over cooked I can’t even eat these I tried to say something but the cashier was too busy dancing and laughing with some other customer in the restaurant it was very unprofessional and I’m so disappointed I seen such good things about this company online and decided to try it out with my daughter and got poor quality I think McDonald’s has better tenders 😑😑 where is the management in this place !!!!

  We placed a pick-up order a few years ago and my fries were left out of the order. When I called I was told "our manager packaged the order, there is no way it way missing" The only resolution they offered was for me to go an hour out of my way to go back to get them when all I wanted was a refund. We gave them another shot today, half our wings were missing. When we called we were met with the same "I packed the order, I know it was right." Your management is a poor representation of customer service, we'll be escalating to corporate at this point. It's okay to make mistakes, it's not acceptable to side-step taking any sort of accountability where in this economy choosing to eat out is a luxury. We won't come back.
