My foreman and I eat here for lunch every chance we get. Love the wings here weather it's traditional or boneless.
Whoever was working closing shift Thursday June 11th, was the rudest woman I’ve ever come across. I’m a paying customer and picked up my order a few minutes after close and she was very rude. Told me to “get out” because they are closed. Just wanted a cup of ice and some napkins to go with my meal. They should have anybody besides her working that counter. She probably shouldn’t be working in the service industry at all. Never will I be back.

We had an almost experience. I have been celebrating my birthday month of June. And when I walked into Wing Stop on Hwy 98, I was greeted by Paris amd KeKe, both with beautiful smiles and personalities. They made me feel special. Then Jaxon the manager on duty came up and he joined in. He was the best!!! Jaxon was kind professional, caring, and friendly etc. I felt like family at Wing Stop. Oh, and Kim walked in and gave me a big welcoming smile. The entire crew on that shift was exceptional. They made my birthday month celebration extra special. Please thank them.
Well done WingStop. Great group of people working that shift.

Should be illegal. And my order was wrong. This is the worst branch it the Tampa, Lakeland and Orlando area. Salems would have at least covered the wing and included all of the order

20260602: Placed a carryout order that showed an estimated time of 17–24 minutes. Since I was just around the corner, I arrived a bit early. I sat and waited... and waited. Finally, the cashier told me there was a delay because they ran out of chicken. Seriously? Either way, it took 57 minutes to get my food, which, by the way, was incorrect.
