  Adylie (sp?) very unhelpful, pretty adamant that she did not intend to assist. No other customers in store. I’ve never had an issue with an Amazon box before..or unhelpful staff at this location. Suggested that I try calling Amazon, or that she could charge me if I wanted a label printed. Left with my package, went to Lake Miriam UPS…in and out without issue in minutes. Bad experience UPS 540A, and management should be informed.

  Horrible service. Prices in store are different than online - beware. Staff offers no help, no manager according to staff. It's worth driving to Lake Miriam or even Bartow to avoid this location.

  The girl behind the counter is a snotty little brat. Not helpful at all trying to return something to Amazon. Then told me I couldn't leave a package to return that UPS destroyed. Greeted with, "What are we doing?" When I first came in the door. What we're not doing is representing our brand very well. Then pulled the door so I couldn't enter with the next box, like a 12 year old.

  All of the associates are friendly and competent. Travis is a stand out offering great customer service! I ship weekly, am a mailbox holder, and have occasional print jobs. They take good care of me!
