  As I sat at Tijuana flats I watched Dakota carry packages back to an elderly persons car. Then while walking past the store another elderly man with a cane walked in and I watched Dakota reach out and give him his arm to assist him then walk right into the back of the store to grab chairs for them. Great Job Dakota, your kindness does not go unnoticed!

  JD had me in and out with in 30 secs. This was the best and quickest service I have ever had at a UPS store. Thank you so much JD, you rock bud!!

  Tabetha was truly a blessing in a time of terrible grief. I sent in a print at 11:30 not realizing they closed at 3pm , I called the store to ask if it was possible....Tabetha informed me she was the only one working and they were busy, she would try depending on the amount and type of the prints , she put me on a brief hold , came back, said I will have it done for you by 2 pm . The print was a memorable of our precious dog we just lost of 14 years unexpectedly and completely heartbroken over. We came to pick it up , she recognized us from the pictures and grabbed the picture right away , she explained that the size I requested did not fit so she added a boarder one in black and one in white , I was prepared to pay for both ...Tabetha handed me the prints , said I am so sorry for your loss and don't worry about this today . My eyes filled with tears as I looked at the hers eyes filled with sympathy as if she felt my heart of grief. Sometimes you feel there is little human compassion anymore and then you meet someone like Tabetha who warms your heart with their kindness! I manage a retail store and have very high expectations for what customer service should be , Tabetha really went above and beyond . I hope whoever her supervisor is knows just what an amazing person they have working for them . From the bottom of my heart Tabetha Thank you so much , you brought rays of sunshine into a day that was very gloomy. I will forever remember this experience.

  Want to thank Dakota, the manager of the store at S. Lakeland Ave. For his excellent customer service skills and efficiency in getting some delivery issues resolved. I will continue to do business at this store.
