My personal experience was fantastic! I really enjoyed the vibe of this place everyone was nice and attentive. The store smells lovely when you walk in, very clean and well put together. I will be coming back for all my needs they have coffee shops and a nail salon next door too! Victoria was very friendly and helped me with my shipping process

Overall, I wasn’t impressed. Maybe it was just a bad day, but the employee I dealt with seemed completely disinterested and, at times, bordering on rude when I asked for assistance with shipping an item. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable, just some basic help with a service they provide. I’ve had much better experiences at the 98N location, which has consistently been helpful and professional. I’ll be continuing to take my business there.
